Oh Jesus, Lion of Judah,
Hear me.
From the fear of displeasing you,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of disappointing you,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of not being enough,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that I cannot help your people,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of answering your call,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of Satan, and all the powers of Hell,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of my own sins,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that everything is my fault,
Deliver me, Jesus
From the fear of not understanding you,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that I over-inflate myself in your regard,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of the dark night of the senses,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of the dark night of the spirit,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear of suffering,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that my suffering is without purpose,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that your plans are not pure goodness, mercy, and gentleness,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that I will over-reverence Mary,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that you will leave me,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that my friends will not partake of your care,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that you are not helping others,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that you are just toying with me,
Deliver me, Jesus.
From the fear that you will not speak well of me to the Father,
Deliver me, Jesus.
That you will sustain me and strengthen me,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That you grant me great power to transform souls,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That you will deliver me from all my sins,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That you will pour out your graces in every moment,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That you provide for my every need,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That you provide for the needs of all your children,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That you have brought me into the depths of your Sacred Heart,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That Mother Mary holds me close in her loving embrace,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That I am a beloved daughter of the Father,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
That I bear you with me wherever I go,
Jesus, grant me the courage to believe it!
