Little Miss Muffet Meets the Unicorn
Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet
Eating her curds and whey
Along came a spider
And sat down beside her
He wouldn’t go away
He said, “Little girl,
Why are you here?
Do you know what you want?
Little girl, what do you say?
Do you know who you are?”
Then the spider became a centaur
It bore her away
Up a glass mountain
They found a full fountain
And in it, something lay
It said, “little girl,
Why are you here?
Do you know what you want?
Little girl, why do you stare?
Do you know who I am?”
She’d traveled far, she’d seen it all
She’d never woken up.
Until they came
So pure and plain
To the maintain’s fair cup
She said, “Fair beast,
Why do you lay,
Can you not get up?
Fair beast, I understand,
I was forever asleep.”
Little Miss Moffet has left her tuffet
Now her soul is warm
Along came the centaur
And knelt down beside her
Before the unicorn
It’s always unicorns
Come meet the unicorns
Little girl,
Why are you here?
Do you know who He is?
Little girl, your heart is pure,
Come, meet the unicorn.
Come meet the unicorn
We’ll meet the unicorn!
